The hotel was very handy for traveling with a baby due to its separate room, but the rooms facing the parking lot were a downside. The service was a mix, with some dismissive encounters but also moments of genuine care. The location had some issues with noise and hygiene, but the dining experience was exceptional. Facilities seemed well-equipped but lacked some attention to detail.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the rooms were comfortable and the check-in process was smooth, the noise from the indoor pool area was quite bothersome, and the distance to the front desk was inconvenient. The service was welcoming and friendly, offering various amenities like dry cleaning and free shuttles. The location was well-maintained and not far from the business center, but it was a bit isolated without nearby amenities. The dining options were limited and not accommodating to allergens. The facilities were basic but functional.

The hotel is located quite far from the center and lacks basic elements like breakfast. The rooms, although clean, had excessive dust, likely from the ceiling. An upgrade would be beneficial. My ground floor room facing the 'Garden' could use some improvement.
